As I mentioned in this week’s Poll of the Week, earlier today BA Toys posted the pre-orders for several of the early 2013 Halo Mega Bloks sets!

The complete list of all six sets being pre-sold is below along with each sets corresponding set number and price.

I think it’s worth noting that the Combat Unit sets are actually priced slightly below what any local retail store I’ve seen charges for them (and a lot below Toys R Us), which is a pretty shocking feat for an online retailer who’s getting the sets before mass retail.

I was very surprised to see that the UNSC Cryobay 97088 is only an $11.77 set–as seen in the photo above, this set is going to be smaller than many of us were anticipating. Also, the prototype of this set shown at Fan Expo last weekend included a green Spartan like the ones in the Warthog Resistance set, as opposed to the Master Chief that is included in the Toys R Us exclusive Forward Unto Dawn set.

All four of the tentative 2013 Drop Pods, as well as the two sets with unknown contents (Halo Mega Bloks 97115 and Halo Mega Bloks 97118) are currently not scheduled to arrive until January and are not yet available for re-order.

I’ve gone ahead and placed a pre-order for every one of the Halo Mega Bloks 2013 sets currently available for order so that each set can be reviewed fully for readers the moment that they become available!

If you want to get in on the earliest shipments of these sets and get them before Christmas, now’s the time to head over to BA Toys and get in early pre-orders!
