We’ve been hearing about the new line of McFarlane Toys Halo Micro Ops toys all year, and McFarlane Toys has finally unveiled the complete first series on their official website.

The small-carded assortment for Halo Micro Ops will contain four different sets:

Covenant Banshee with 2 Elites

UNSC Warthog and Mongoose with 2 Spartans an a UNSC Trooper

ODST Drop Pods with The Rookie, Buck, and Dare

Covenant Ghost vs. Wolf Spider Turret with Emile and a Grunt

The most compelling item in the whole lineup is the Wolf Spider Turret, an item that has never been released in any form from any toy company before (even the exhaustive Halo Mega Bloks line!). I also think it’s very exciting that we’re getting a lot of specific, named characters in this first assortment, including Emile from Halo Reach and the much-loved ODSTs from Halo ODST.

The Halo Micro Ops Series 1 Small Carded Sets are set to retail for $8-$10 in stores, and all four sets are available for pre-order on BigBadToyStore right now. I’ll post complete reviews of each and every set shown here as soon as they’re released in August.
