Earlier we posted a photo of the San Diego Comic Con 2012 Halo 4 Master Chief Action Figure exclusive by McFarlane Toys, but now it’s time to show the cardback from that figure. Presumably, this is the same cardback that will be used by all of the Halo 4 Series 1 action figures.

Notable figures on this cardback include a new Spartan armor permutation–the Spartan Warrior, as well as a new type of Grunt–the Grunt Storm. It also confirms that there will be a new Elite Zealot released in Series 1.

The most interesting part of the cardback, however, is the character shots for the series that’s been called “Halo 4 Series 1 Extended”. We knew about Cortana, but now we know the remaining three figures will be a Spartan Soldier and two new enemies called a “Watcher” and a “Crawler”. The “Watcher” appears to be a Forerunner (or a piece of Forerunner technology), while the “Crawler” looks like it may be some new type of Flood.

The text also mentions a new deluxe boxed “secret enemy” coming in time for the holidays that’s “unlike anything we’ve seen before”. Color me intrigued!
