When 3AToys posted the teaser photo of their Halo Reach Emile 1/6 Figure’s helmet yesterday, I knew it wasn’t going to be long before they let us see the rest of their latest masterpiece. And as usual, I was right. Today, the ThreeA Toys Emile Halo Sixth Scale figure was fully unveiled, and 3A even let us know when this hotly-anticipated figure will go up for reservations…
UPDATE: The ThreeA Toys Halo Emile figure is now available for pre-order, with an arrival in Spring 2013.
I’m not the world’s biggest fan of Emile–he’s my third favorite member of Noble Squad (after Jun and Kat)–but I was majorly impressed by the painted photos of the ThreeA Toys Emile EVA helmet that they posted yesterday. After seeing Emile’s helmet, the bar was raised and I had super-high hopes for the full 3A Halo Emile sixth scale figure. And lo and behold, I think that 3A Toys has actually managed to meet those lofty expectations.
In addition to all of those features, the Three A Toys Halo Reach Emile Spartan-III figure will also feature the best-looking Halo Shotgun that I’ve ever seen. Emile’s UNSC M45 TS Shotgun has an incredible amount of sculpting detail, and looks to feature very nice paint deco as well. Emile will also come with ten removable chest grenades and ten removable waist grenades. 3A Emile is pretty much a one-Spartan killing machine of an action figure!
While ThreeA Toys hasn’t announced the pricing details for their 1/6 Halo Emile action figure yet, they did reveal that reservations for Emile will open up on Friday, August 30th 2013. I’ll post the ordering specifics and pre-order links as soon as Emile goes up for order.
look great but I’m looking for Chief, hope he gets some info soon. Thanks for the heads up about Emile!
Looks amazing but $200+ is way out of my budget but if did have the money I would get him
If I had money, I would buy it.
I received my Emile today and I still do not know if I should be happy or sad that I spent 200$. The details and flexibility are great, they also find a way to switch on and off the chest light without removing the plate from the back (like you have to do for the carter figure). But the big fail of this figure is the magnetic belt for the granades! I was barely able to place 3 out of 8 on the belt and even these three drop of very easily as soon as you move the figure. I wrote now a complaint because I am not willing to accept these defects for 200$.
